What if there was a way for you to combine one-of-kind corporate luxury travel incentives with a unique off-site work experience? Well, there is.
The Working Perks program helps you coordinate a company villa stay that is designed to strike a balance between work and vacation time. Our staff will help you combine ½ a day of intensive corporate training with ½ a day of luxury leisure experiences. Be as flexible or as structured as you please. You design the working part. We'll help you to make the most of your leisure time. We will surround your executive team with luxury and pamper them with all of the trappings of the finest vacation experience imaginable.
For the perk part, the travel experience is designed to include your executive and a companion. They are encouraged to bring their husband, wife or partner with them on the trip. We build a full menu of leisure activities that are available while the executives are engaged in their working part of the trip. The activities are scheduled to be completed in time for the couple to join up to enjoy the rest of their day together.
So what might this look like? Corporate team building exercises in the morning and an afternoon engaged in Stellar Sports activities - world class lessons in water sports, tennis, and golf by top-level sports professionals.
